We have been in business for over 30 years specializing in providing production solutions for Defense and Commercial industries. We have extensive experience in the energetics (explosives), medical, and semiconductor industries.

Who We’re Seeking: We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer (Level III) to own the panel designs and electrical schematics of projects, ensuring alignment with quality, cost and performance goals and serve as the SME for meeting all specifications and standards. This could be the perfect fit for someone who has loves taking initiative and using their electrical engineering expertise, is able to effectively communicate with diverse audiences (technical and non-technical), and has a passion for improvement to advance team and organizational success.

What You’ll Do: This job is onsite/in-office each day. You’ll also be responsible for: 

  • Designing and developing electrical panels and control systems from concept through completion, using AutoCAD or similar tools while ensuring designs meet all specifications and safety standards
  • Collaborating with Controls engineers to integrate electrical designs with control systems, ensuring compatibility and proper functionality
  • Ensuring compliance of all electrical designs and panels with national and local electrical codes, including NEC, NFPA, ANSI, and ISO standards
  • Assisting in testing and commissioning electrical systems to verify proper operation and compliance with safety protocols
  • Acting as the SME for troubleshooting electrical components within control systems and power panels, resolving issues to guarantee safety and functionality 
  • Providing technical support during system installation to ensure proper procedures and integration 
  • Mentoring junior engineers, offering guidance on best practices in electrical design and panel layout  – 10% travel annually  

Who You Are:

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 7 years of experience in electrical engineering completing projects from scratch     OR        
  • You have a High School diploma or equivalent with at least 15 years of experience in electrical engineering completing projects from scratch

Additionally, You’ll Need These Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Outlook, Teams), specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the scope, schedule, and resources of engineering projects while balancing technical and budgetary constraints
  • Proficiency in mechanical system design, including CAD modeling (SolidWorks), FEA, GD&T, and conducting tolerance stack-up analysis
  • Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Management (ERM) software
  • Proficiency in managing Engineering Change Management processes (ECR/ECO/ECN)
  • In-depth familiarity with ISO 9001 (QMS) to lead process improvement initiatives
  • Experience with program scheduling tools and methodologies
  • Demonstrated skills in creating technical documentation, including O&M manuals, procedures, and engineering reports

Added Bonus if You Have:

  • Experience in Aerospace or Defense industries
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification

  • Base Salary Range: $95,000 - $140,000 (depending on experience)
